Grand Seiko introduces two new seasonal Hi-Beat 36000 models with the 62GS Heritage series now boasting a reduced case diameter of 38mm.
One of these, the SBGH341 “Sakura-Kakushi” (Hidden Cherry Blossoms), features a pink dial inspired by the arrival of spring towards the end of March.
The color echoes the effect of snow as it blankets the cherry blossoms blooming in the northeastern region.
The second debutant, the SBGH343 Sakura-Wakaba, draws inspiration from the early-April “Sunny Clarity” season with its green dial blending hues of cherry blossoms and fresh leaves.
Both are housed in 38mm 62GS titanium cases, meticulously finished to Grand Seiko’s high standards of Zaratsu polishing by skilled craftsmen. Each watch also comes with an exquisite “high-intensity” titanium bracelet secured to the wrist with a triple folding clasp.
Inside, both watches are powered by Grand Seiko’s renowned Hi-Beat 36000 9S85 movement, calibrated for an accuracy of +5 to -3 seconds per day and boasting an impressive 55-hour power reserve.
Like all Heritage models in the series, these timepieces offer robust anti-magnetic protection (up to 4,800 A/m) and a water resistance of 100 meters.
