Zenith introduces the lightest Chronometer Sport watch with the launch of the new Chronomaster Sport Titanium, the latest addition to the acclaimed series, featuring the Zenith El Primero 3600 high-speed automatic chronograph movement.
In addition to being crafted from lightweight titanium for the 41mm case and bracelet, Zenith also pairs the watch with a new integrated rubber strap design, further reducing the overall weight of the timepiece.
To highlight the new metal case, reducing the total weight of the watch by thirty percent, Zenith’s craftsmen have applied satin-brushed finishing to most of the new watch, particularly on the crown and pushers.
Unlike existing steel models, the titanium bezel features a 1/10-second scale and is adorned with sunburst satin-brushed decoration. Similarly, Zenith has polished the edges of the case and bracelet, as well as the edges of the bezel and caseback.
With the new titanium case sporting a gray hue, Zenith adds a touch of gray to the iconic tricolor subdials of the chronometer-certified dial. Thus, against the electroplated nickel-gray dial, Zenith paints the chronograph subdials in three distinct shades of anthracite, gray, and silver.
The new strap comes in black, blue, green, and white options, made from soft FKM rubber, which Zenith refers to as the “gold standard of rubber.” As always, you’ll have a clear view of the El Primero 3600, with its blue column wheel, openworked rotor, and Zenith star emblem.
